Add Widget Immediately After The Content Before Social Sharing Buttons

This code enables you to add any content immediately after the content on single posts like what you see in the following image from testing:

Once you add your content to the widget area, it displays before any social sharing buttons, before category links and before anything else which uses the_content filter or another hook to display after single post content.
