Opt-in Box With Responsive Genesis eNews Widget Fields Inline

This tutorial provides 2 solutions for adding a optin form below your banner image:

1. The 1st solution displays the form fields for the name, email and submit button inline like this:

2. The 2nd solution displays the email and submit button only, inline like this:

The PHP code generates a widget which you populate with:

1. A text widget and add the HTML for your banner image.
2. And also populate the same widget area with the Genesis eNews Extended widget like this:

Tested on the Genesis Sample child theme by StudioPress & Chrome browser. May need tweaking for use on other themes and in other browsers.
