Replace Image With Slider In Revolution Pro Themes Home Page

This tutorial provides the steps which enable you to replace the home page image with a responsive slider like this –

Demo Video

Shows the slider replacing the home page image in the Revolution Pro child theme by StudioPress.

Displays the slider images partially over the content on desktops and above the content on smaller screens in exactly the same way the image was displayed.

Installation Steps

There’s 6 steps –

# Step 1 – Install Soliloquy ( free or premium version ) and create a new slider named slider. In this case, the slider > config > slider dimensions are set to 1600 by 1050 to match the slider images.

# Step 2 – Edit the home page and using the Gutenberg visual editor, remove the default image block as seen in the following image :
