There’s one big advantage when you have access to over 100 themes made for the same WordPress theme framework. You can always add any page template from any theme without having to play around with code.

What i mean by this is you can’t simply upload any page template you find on the internet and add it to your existing theme because it won’t integrate & function correctly with your existing theme design unless of course its a page template already designed for the same framework.

Theme creators like Woo & Studiopress build a large range of different themes on the same framework which enables you to pick any template from any of their themes and use it on your existing theme even though the page template is made for another theme.
