Custom Loop To List All Posts In Specific Category of Custom Post Type

This code creates a custom loop using WP_Query which lists all posts in one specific category of a custom post type.

The code includes a small custom function which hooks in the list using a Genesis hook which can be changed to any WordPress or other theme specific hook.
